Although modest, salaries in Germany and Europe have increased 6% from last year to €85,000 annually.

Just over half in real estate received a pay rise in the last 12 months, an improvement from the lower levels of awarded increases when the affects of the pandemic were still taking shape.

For the majority (75%) who saw their salary increase from an annual pay review or promotion, they were awarded €10,000 on average. Those that saw the highest pay rises moved to a new employer and received an additional €20,000 on average.
